To strengthen the European team for this International company we are looking for an experienced Customer Service employee with commercial insight. As an employee Customer Service you are involved in the complete “order to cash” process. You will be (partly) responsible for the complete handling of incoming orders to communication regarding (after)sales. You have contact with international customers, sales colleagues in the various countries, engineering, purchasing and the warehouse.

In short, a very challenging and varied position within an international and dynamic environment with an emphasis on commerce and consciously contributing to the further growth of the organization in Europe.

For this position we are looking for:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • An accurate, independent multitasker who loves a challenge
  • Some technical insight
  • A commercial drive; you get energy from building customer relations and increasing sales
  • In addition to English, a good command of German and/or Dutch is preferred
  • Experience with the Microsoft office package
